Technical requirements
1. Appearance
The grid shall be supplied in the form of rolls, impregnated evenly, free from gum scars and exposed fibers, and the materials delivered in rolls shall be able to be unrolled freely without being damaged.
2 Size
2.1 Thickness and deviation
The recommended standard thickness is 0.5mm, 0.6mm, 1.0mm, 1.2mm and 1.5mm, and the allowable deviation of thickness is ±10%.
Other specifications shall be agreed upon by the parties.
2.2 Nominal mesh size
The recommended nominal mesh size is as follows: 5mm×4mm, 10mm×8mm. Other specifications shall be agreed upon by the parties.
2.3 Width
It is recommended that the preferred width should be 1000mm and the allowable deviation should be ±10mm. Other specifications shall be agreed upon by the parties.
2.4 Length
According to the thickness of the grid, it is recommended as follows: 40m, 50m, 100m, with allowable deviation of ±0.5m. Other specifications shall be agreed upon by the parties.
3 Minimum radius of meridional curvature
1.The minimum radius of meridional curvature is shown in Table 1.

4 Composition and deviation

Packaging, marking, storage and transportation
1. Packaging: Wrap the products in plastic bags or put them in clean and dry cartons;
2. Mark: The package shall indicate the product specification, model, name, length, manufacturer's name and product qualification certificate;
3. Transportation: The products shall be transported in covered vehicles and ships, and shall be protected from rain, collision, pressure, moisture, overheating and mechanical damage;
4. Storage: The product should be stored in a cool, dry, clean and well-ventilated warehouse below 40ºC, not close to the fire source, heat source and direct sunlight;
5. Storage period: the storage period is 12 months from the date the product leaves the factory; After the storage period according to the product standard inspection, qualified can still use.
