H class GHG Epoxy prepreg for dry type transformer
Product Specification
Class H GHG prepreg used in dry type transformer is made of polyimide film non-alkali glass cloth soft composite material impregnated with class H heat resistance epoxy resin through baking.
Feature and Application
With outstanding dielectric properties, adhesive properties and heat-resistant properties, it becomes a reliable heat bonded material after solidification, which is an ideal insulation material for H class transformer.
Product is wound in the conductor directly, can form a strong insulation layer after thermo curing, and the process is simple and convenience.
It is applicable to the coil layer insulation and end insulation of Class H dry type transformer or electric reactor, as well as the layer insulation, slot insulation and turn-to-turn insulation of electrical machinery and electric appliance.

This product is a prepreg material which is made of polyester film polyamide fiber paper soft composite material impregnated with class H heat resistance epoxy resin through baking.
Feature and Application
The solidified materials have high mechanical strength, outstanding dielectric properties and adhesive properties, which are suitable for high strength insulation applications, and the heat resistance grade is Class H and Class H.
Product is wound in the conductor directly, can form a strong insulation layer after thermo curing, and the process is simple and convenience.
This product is suitable for the coil layer insulation and end insulation of Class F and Class H dry type transformer, as well as slot insulation and turn-to-turn insulation of electrical machinery.

6640 polyester thin film aromatic polyamide paper soft composite material (NMN,YMY)
Product Specification
The soft composite material (NMN and YMY) of the polyester film is composed of two layers of polyaromatic amide fiber paper and a layer of polyester film. With excellent mechanical properties, dielectric properties and good heat resistance, anti-tearing strength and paint absorbing ability which is a reliable heat-resistant Class F motor and electrical insulation material. It is suitable for slot insulation, turn-to-turn insulation and liner insulation of motor and electric appliance with low dielectric loss, suitable for all kinds of bad working environment.
