Alkali - free glass fiber tape is woven from alkali - free glass fiber yarn
Features and Usage
It has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, good insulation, strong corrosion resistance, etc.
Suitable for filling and binding insulation materials of transformers, motors, electrical appliances and cables.
Its main composition is aluminosilicate (E glass); The content of potassium oxide, sodium oxide and other alkali metal oxides should not be more than 0.8%.
Alkali - free glass fiber tape mainly includes ordinary type, enhanced type, reinforced bulk type and so on.
The expanded yarn type is made of glass fiber braided by expanding treatment.

Packaging, marking, storage and transportation
1. Packaging: Wrap the products in plastic bags or put them in clean and dry cartons;

3. Transportation: The products shall be transported in covered vehicles and ships, and shall be protected from rain, collision, pressure, moisture, overheating and mechanical damage;
4. Storage: The product should be stored in a cool, dry, clean and well-ventilated warehouse below 40ºC, not close to the fire source, heat source and direct sunlight;
5. Storage period: the storage period is 12 months from the date the product leaves the factory; After the storage period according to the product standard inspection, qualified can still use.
